STAT WRAP: Milestone win for India, trifecta for Kuldeep

India beat Windies as comprehensively as one could imagine - the win was the biggest ever for India in tests. The lead of 468 that the Windies conceded is India's third largest first innings lead ever. The highest is 492 v Bangladesh in 2007 and at second place are the Windies again, at the receiving end of a 472 run deficit in 2011 at Kolkata.

Incidentally it was also India's 100th home win. Surprisingly India are only the fourth team to hit that number, notable absentees being the Windies themselves despite the fact that for decades it was a notoriously difficult place to win in.

Meanwhile, Kuldeep Yadav's maiden 5 wicket haul in tests not only broke the Windies' back in the second innings, it also meant he now has a five-for in each international format. There are six other bowlers who have that feat against their name but only Kuldeep has done it in the same calendar year.
